Should siblings be allowed civil partnerships?

Westminster Hour

Available for over a year

The government is set to allow heterosexual couples to have civil partnerships in England and Wales. But there is a growing campaign to also make them available for siblings, who share a house and joint finances. Conservative peer Lord Lexden has introduced a Bill in the House of Lords to make that possible. For the Westminster Hour, Mark Lobel met two sisters who could benefit.
