Women still make up only a third of the workforce of the big Silicon Valley giants like Facebook, Google, Uber and Apple, according to recent figures. Many people working in the industry claim a ‘bro’ culture continues to dominate despite several cases of discrimination and harassment going to court. So is enough being done to redress the gender imbalance?
