Sugar tax puts around 24 pence on the price of a litre of the most sugary drinks. In response, many brands reformulated their recipes using less sugar. At the same time they’ve started spending more advertising the diet versions where sugar substitutes are used. Winifred Robinson finds out whether we have noticed how the recipes have changed.
