ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ Office procedures which led to wrongful detentions and deportations of members of the Windrush generation are criticised in a report by the National Audit Office. The official spending watchdog says the government department has still not established the full scale of the scandal. ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ Secretary Sajid Javid has apologised.
