The Rugby Football Union has announced its Elite women's squad for 2019 and for the first time it includes 28 full-time professionals - in other words they'll be paid for the whole season. Sarah Hunter is the England Women's Rugby captain. She told Radio 4's Edward Stourton that she hopes young girls already playing the game will realise "this can be an opportunity for them to be a full time, international rugby player and do it as a career".
