Work has been halted on the £13 billion new nuclear power station at Wylfa on Anglesey. Hitachi, the Japanese company behind the scheme, cited concerns over rising costs. However the Welsh Secretary Alun Cairns, speaking on Good Evening Wales, said he was still optimistic of a positive outcome.
