Brazil dam collapse: 'Fifty more at risk'

Over 300 people are missing and dozens are confirmed dead after a Brazil dam collapsed near the south-eastern town of Brumadinho. Elaine Baker from Grid Arendal, who was lead author of a United Nations report examining the safety of mine dams after a similar disaster in November 2015, told us that while the causes of the latest collapse are still unclear, there remain huge safety issues in the industry.
