The sofa guest Andrew Barlow he's been working with the East of England Ambulance service for 40 years. He talks to Lesley about why you should learn CPR. Do you know how to do CPR? How to restart someone's heart? On this valentines, day along with the East Anglian Daily Times, we are launching a campaign to give hundreds of people across Suffolk the chance to learn how to save a life using CPR - or cardiopulmonary resuscitation.
