A fishing retreat to support ex-veterans

Saturday with John Toal

Available for over a year

Robert Maxwell and Nigel Cree are setting up a fishing retreat to help support ex-veterans in Clough, Co.Down. It's Robert's brainchild - he was in the army himself and lost his arm in a serious accident. He found support was hard to come by, and started off a charity called 'Let's Do' to support other veterans who had lost limbs or were going through PTSD. Details of organisations offering information and support with mental health are available at bbc.co.uk/actionline, or you can call for free, at any time to hear recorded information on 08000 155 998.
