Africans who fought for Britain paid less than white soldiers

More than half a million black African soldiers who fought for the British Army during World War Two were paid a lot less than their white counterparts. This is according to a documentary broadcast on Al Jazeera TV. It also reveals that Britain paid its soldiers according to their skin colour. Gary Stewart is from the Recognise History group and gives his reaction in this interview with UK Black's Devon Daley.
