Agie and Katie run their busy restaurant Stoke on Trent serving traditional Polish dishes. They opened in Burslem last year with most of the customers now local people, wanting a taste of Poland. Their special dishes include White borscht soup with boiled egg and sausage, dumplings and stuffed cabbage rolls. The ladies tell Michelle why in Poland tradition it's lucky to eat doughnuts the Thursday before Lent.
