We always try and look at the positives when it comes to Northampton, but that doesn't mean there isn't room for improvement. As well as highlighting the great things going on in the town, as part of our Love Northampton project we asked people what they would do to improve the town. One of those people was Connie Penn. Along with music director Phillip Thomas, she pledged to bring opera back to Northampton.
