In this podcast we’ll hear from three people about the challenges they’re facing while recovering from addiction. These are the stories you don’t often hear. How they made the difficult decision to stop using substances and the actual route they took to no longer feel addicted. We will hear about what it feels like to go through withdrawal symptoms, battles with mental health, and learning how to care for your body again. All of the people you’ll hear from don’t take substances any more, but that doesn’t mean the road to recovery stops there. We will also hear how each of them has a unique relationship with recovery as they move forward with their lives.
