'...they never complain - they just go out and do what they do...' - celebrating the Cornwall Blood Bikes

Jack Murley

Available for over a year

They covered more than one-hundred thousand miles last year alone - and saved the NHS nearly 200-thousand pounds in the process. So it's probably no exaggeration to call the volunteers with the Cornwall Blood Bikes the county's 'unsung heroes' - who transport everything from blood to baby milk to surgical equipment to wherever it's needed. So what persuades someone to do it - and how can YOU get involved? ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ Radio Cornwall's Jack Murley has been meeting two of the volunteers.
