Jatinder is a practicing Sikh who's born and bred in Coventry. Outside of his work at Warwickshire County Council, he's part of the Harnall Lane Gudwara where he spends most of his time doing community activities. His biggest motivation is his children, and he hopes that he'll be a role model for them through his community work.
