As the football world awaits UEFA's verdict on Manchester City's future in the Champions League - which is in the balance over their alleged breaches of the fair play regulations - the ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½'s Ivana Davidovic speaks to the former Fifa president Sepp Blatter. Mr Blatter, who was banned from football for six years over various financial breaches, says that he's not seen desired results from UEFA's regulations and believes that forcing clubs to adhere to homegrown football talent quotas would create a more level playing field.
