In Sweden many sectors are struggling with a shortage of labour. The lack of qualified talent is hitting high-skilled sectors such as tech and IT the hardest, and many companies are desperate to hire foreign talent to meet the labour demand. But when companies need foreign workers the most, a problem known as "talent expulsions" is seeing many highly skilled migrants ordered to leave the country because of minor mistakes in their paperwork. The ѿý’s Frey Lindsay reports on the so-called “kompetensutvisningar” problem. (Image: A view of the Gamla Stan Area - a landmark area in the old historical city center in Stockholm, Sweden.
