Ice cream seller Joe Nicchi has got so fed up with people trying to blag free ice cream in exchange for a promised plug on Instagram or other social media that he's now charging these so-called 'influencers' double. That's $8 instead of $4 for a chocolate, vanilla or twist cone. Joe owns a popular ice cream truck called CVT Soft Serve in Los Angeles.
