Sailors from all over the world, including a number from Hampshire and the Isle of Wight have been competing at the 2019 J/70 World Sailing Championships in Torbay: Changes in wind speed and direction tested the 78 teams competing in what's now the fastest growing sports boat fleet in the world. More than 20 countries were represented and as Neil Sackley found out, the racing was very close.
