The Breakfast Show

Available for over a year

The Attorney general has ordered a new inquest into the death of a Derry schoolgirl who died from hyponatraemia 18 years ago. Nine-year-old Raychel Ferguson died at the Royal Belfast Hospital for Sick Children in June 2001, a day after an appendix operation at Altnagelvin Hospital. Raychel's parents say they hope the fresh inquest will get to the truth. They've been speaking to our reporter Teresa Craig.
