Mark Bowen reflects on his new contract with Tim Dellor, just hours after signing it. The contract extension comes after a run of nine games unbeaten, which has seen Reading rise up the Championship table. "It's something I wasn't expecting," Bowen told ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ Radio Berkshire's Tim Dellor. "It came out of the blue, because we have been really focussed on the job in hand of climbing the table. "It's nice to get a new contract, but it can only happen if the players buy into what we're doing, and the hard work they've been putting in. "There seems to be a really good feeling around the place, so long may that continue."
