Philip McKinney is a former part-time RUC reservist who witnessed the aftermath of Le Mon atrocity and also served in the Falklands War. The 61 year old believes his mental illness began when he was 12 years old. Mr McKinney was elected to Derry City and Strabane Council last year and says he's decided to speak out now to help others who may be suffering in silence.
