How boxing is helping Londoners with Parkinson's

Jo Good

Available for over a year

Wendy was diagnosed with Parkinson's in 2003. She believes exercise is key to stimulating the mind. Last year, she received help from Anthony Joshua's boxing gym 'BXR' in Marylebone to put on classes for those living with the progressive neurological condition. It's trainer Harold Tackie who helped made her idea a reality.
