There are all sorts of things you can do for Sport Relief. From bake sales to sponsored runs, you can play your part - and if you're someone with a bit of rhythm, why not get your dancing shoes on? Strictly star AJ Pritchard has choreographed a special routine that he wants the whole public to perform on Friday 13th - which is the big Sport Relief day itself. His brother Curtis - who found fame on Love Island and The Greatest Dancer - is also involved. They've both been speaking to our weekend presenter Jack Murley.
