On their second day in the Highlands, the team set out on their first full day trek in brutal conditions and attempt to skin rabbits for dinner with limited success. The podcast features four people on a mission to discover what life is like without their phones on an intense digital detox in the Scottish Highlands. With presenter Luke Franks, Twitch streamer and gaming presenter Leah aka Leahviathan, singer songwriter Connie Constance, Radio 1Xtra’s Jeremiah Asiamah and their host, outdoor expert Zeki Basan. For each member of the team it’s all about taking time out from the hectic hamster wheel of life to think about their connection to technology, to nature and to the environment. And an opportunity to think about any changes they might want to make to the way they live their life to improve their well-being and mental health.
