Milstein was born in Argentina but emigrated to Britain in 1976. Her compositions are influenced by not only split identities but for whom they're written. Whether its for the ��ѿ��ý Singers or - like here - the ��ѿ��ý Scottish Symphony Orchestra, she writes with characteristics of - as she says of the work - "colour and embellishment".
