The black birdwatchers shifting the landscape

Outlook

Available for over a year

You might not expect to find many bird watchers in the parks of east London, but that’s where you’re likely to see Ollie Olanipekun and Nadeem Perera doing just that. They started their own group called Flock Together, - a support club for people of colour, using birdwatching as their platform. The group meet up regularly in London’s parks and reserve to find respite in nature. They tell Emily Webb why they founded the group and why bird watching is so important to them.
