Recent research showed a sharp decline in the mental health of young carers during the pandemic. Krista Sharp is the CEO of the My Time Young Carers charity in Poole and had joined ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ Radio Solent's Dorset Breakfast presenter Steve Harris to tell him how video calls had added to their support they can give.
