Bowing Out - The driveway artwork dedicated to Prince Philip

Make a Difference: Coventry and Warwickshire

Available for over a year

Lorraine Douglas lives with chronic pain and uses painting as a way to get her through nights when she's unable to sleep. She hadn't painted since her schooldays and was inspired during the pandemic to give it another go. In displaying her artwork on her driveway in Allesley in Coventry she's learnt from others that her paintings have helped them to get through lockdown. This piece is called Bowing Out and is a tribute and thank you to the service given by Prince Philip.
