Green Party Councillor Douglas Johnson who is Executive Member for Climate Change, Environment and Transport at Sheffield City Council spoke to Nick Wilson about the increase in pollution levels recorded at Devonshire Green in the City Centre. A new Government report suggests that there has been a twenty five percent increase in the air pollution at Devonshire Green in Sheffield since the national lockdown. Sheffield was one of ten cities monitored for nitrogen dioxide and fine particulate matter levels. What does this mean for the city?
