"I feel robbed of a proper goodbye."

Sonia Watson

Available for over a year

Catherine Williams from Great Clacton arranged her husband's funeral to be held at Weeley Crematorium. But due to faults with the cremator, her husband had to be transferred to Ipswich after the service to be cremated there... leaving in the hearse ahead of her. Tendring District Council, which runs Weeley Crematorium, apologised for any distress caused but said the transfer process is handled by the funeral directors and should be done "sensitively". At the time of broadcast, the funeral directors in this case did not respond to the ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½'s request.
