Mum's going through a tricky period after another dementia episode. She's finding it hard to stay upright, even in her reclining seat. She slides to the floor and the carers are unable to move her, so call for help. The paramedics are worried Mum might have damaged her hip and want an X-ray. That means a Saturday night visit to A and E, and a trip over the M62 for son Andrew to talk on her behalf. Thankfully all is well, and Mum's back home by 3am.
