Both Emma and Kerry became first time mums during the COVID pandemic, despite having their babies almost a year apart. Emma is a solo-mum-by choice, who went through fertility treatment at the height of the pandemic, then had her son River in February 2021. Meanwhile Kerry lives with her partner and gave birth to a baby girl, Willow in March 2020, just three weeks before the country locked down for the first time. Despite having very different experiences, they both have faced challenges but also embraced parts of being in lockdown with their new arrivals. You can hear the full Lockdown Babies series on ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ Radio Stoke and ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ Sounds.
