Billesdon phone box painted gold to celebrate Paralympian Laura Sugar

If you had a double gold medallist living in your village - how would you celebrate it? Laura Sugar, who lives in Billesdon, has won gold at the Tokyo Paralympics in kayaking. She then went on to win gold again two weeks later at the World Championships. So, the Leicestershire village has painted the phone box gold to honour Laura's amazing success. ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ Radio Leicester’s Jimmy Carpenter spoke to Peter Francis from the Parish Council and Paralympian Laura Sugar.
