Emotional families reunited as care home restrictions ease

Good Morning Ulster

Available for over a year

It's been a gradual process but restrictions on visits to care homes have been eased. Just six months ago face to face visits were stopped. Now up to four visitors from two households can see their loved one up to four times a week. While it's been welcomed by the Health minister Robin Swann, he has emphasised Covid 19 is still very much with us. Good Morning Ulster reporter Helen Jones has been to Glenowen Care home in West Belfast where one resident compared the change to winning the lotto
