An Everton fan who's battled drug addiction and faced homelessness is getting ready to sleep out for another night to try and help others who are suffering. Dylan Bannon is taking part in the 5th annual Goodison Park sleepout which is raising funds and awareness of Everton in the Community's 'ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ is Where The Heart Is' programme.
