This episode covers two tragic weeks in June 2018 as three rappers are shot and killed, all by the age of 21. Starting with the shocking death of XXXTentacion who was gunned down in broad daylight in Florida, we hear how the epidemic of gun violence in America is affecting young artists. Aware of the tragedy unfolding around him, Juice WRLD responds to the death of XXXTentacion - and Lil Peep just months before - in the way that he knows best, through music. But Legends, the track he releases in homage to these artists, includes worrying signs that he's anticipating a similar fate himself.
