A charity are going to spend a weekend repairing an elderly man's dream home. Tom Knapper built his bungalow in Stoke-on-Trent for his family but the 93-year-old is too old to carry out essential maintenance. The Band of Builders said they would help and will start on 11 December repairing the garage roof and garden steps. Mr Knapper's son, Adrian, told us what the work will mean for his father.
