Son Andrew looks ahead to what 2022 may hold for his Mum Carolyn. It's four years since her formal diagnosis of mixed dementia: Alzheimer's and vascular (which means blood flow to the brain is reduced). He gets a rare smile as chiropodist, Gill, cuts her hand and toe nails.
