The man tasked with finding £300 million needed to redevelop Coventry city centre says they are close to announcing the investment has been securied. The City Centre South project will see a large part of the city centre demolished. In its place will be new homes, shops and a hotel, and it will cost £400 million to build. Three quarters of the money needs to be private funding and Guy Shearer from Shearer Property Group has been speaking to ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ CWR.
