Becky Rimmer joined Oxfordshire Fire & Rescue as a firefighter in Faringdon more than 22 years ago - Emily Potter from Abingdon is one of the service's newer on-call recruits. Sophie Law spoke asked them about the evolving role of women in the fire service.
