ѿý Essex reveals the Charity Commission has started investigating PARC - the Essex children's charity which helps youngsters with disabilities and special educational needs - which closed down without warning. PARC supports more than 500 families across Essex and Suffolk. A Charity Commission spokeswoman said: “We can confirm that we have an ongoing regulatory compliance case involving Parc, to examine concerns about the charity’s governance and financial management.
