"A defibrillator brought me back to life": New map of defibrillators launches today

CWR Breakfast with Phil Upton

Available for over a year

Defibrillators are placed all around the country, everywhere from supermarkets to railway stations. They're crucial in getting help fast and the use of a defibrillator before an ambulance arrives can be the difference between life and death. But, the exact location of only 30% of all UK defibrillators are known to ambulance services. Now ambulance trusts and the British Heart Foundation have created a database called 'The Circuit' to track where the devices are, and they need our help to map them all. ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ CWR's Richard Williams went to meet Ripon Danis from Leamington, who was brought back to life by one.
