From September, trentbarton will no longer be running the Spondon Flyer along with the 1A, the 27, and the 141 buses. The 27 route will continue but will be operated by Notts and Derby buses. The drivers on the routes will be redeployed to other services. The commercial director of the bus company, Tom Morgan, told Sally Pepper why they made the decision.
