Neighbours on one Coventry street say they live in fear of flooding

CWR Breakfast with Phil Upton

Available for over a year

People living on one street in Coventry have been telling ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ CWR they live in fear of flooding and trees toppling on their homes. Aldrich Avenue backs on to Tile Hill Wood, and those living there, say the council's failure to maintain the ditch and trees is leaving them on edge. The homes first flooded almost 40 years ago, then again in 2007. Neighbours Anne McCann and Ken Barton have been telling us they fear for their lives and homes. But Coventry City Council say they are working with home owners on the road and local Councillor Gary Ridley says he'll keep fighting their case.
