Ellie White kicks off Daisy Buchanan's fabulously filthy and funny satire on the dark side of glossy magazines, where life is copy. Imogen is stuck in a grim flatshare, working a ‘portfolio’ of jobs to make ends meet, from unpaid intern to barmaid and sex blogger. She’s hustled for years to get into women's magazines, and could maybe, perhaps, finally be on the brink of her dream job. It all depends on her boss Hari, who’s poured her life, soul and increasingly her sanity into Panache magazine, and is now tipped for the top job. But this is a toxic world in which life is copy and nothing is off the table when it comes to clicks. And what if the dream job turns out to be a bit of a nightmare? Read by Ellie White, a comedy actor, known best for her roles in The Windsors, The Other One and Stath Lets Flats, and by Ruth Everett, known for roles in Sherlock and McMafia. Written by Daisy Buchanan, an award-winning journalist and broadcaster. She has written several non-fiction titles, and one novel, Insatiable, and hosts the podcast You're Booked. Abridged by Katrin Williams Produced by Justine Willett
