It’s one of life’s best indulgences…….it’s chocolate! One man who knows all there is to know about chocolate is Ant Wilson from St Austell – a few years ago he decided to swap his career as a civil engineer for the sweet stuff and after lots of experimenting in his kitchen, founded ‘Push Chocolate’. He’s recently been awarded silver and bronze for his orange chocolate buttons at the Free From Food Awards. He joined David White for a chat.
