ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ Essex reveals the headline acts for the first ever Southend City Festival, which will take place on 2-4 September 2022. Drum 'n bass legends Fabio and Grooverider will perform with a full orchestra. Essex's very own Damon Albarn of Blur fame will bring his Africa Express Project to the stage, as well as Southend's very own Music Man Project. The festival will take place in a hangar at London Southend Airport, and is expected to attract 10,000 fans. ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ Essex speaks to the creative director of the festival, Sam Duckworth.
