There's no chief executive after Tony Reeves stepped down earlier this week, government commissioners are in helping run the place and there's uncertainty over how the council should be governed. The role of directly elected mayor could be scrapped tonight. Its all led business leaders to question whether the recent chaos is putting would-be investors off coming to the city. The knock on effects of that could hit jobs at a time when we're desperate for money because of the cost of living crisis. We hear from Liverpool's Green Party leader Tom Crone.
