West Midlands Mayor Andy Street has told ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ CWR they will put a bid in to host the Eurovision song contest next year. Resorts World Arena at the NEC is thought to be one of the few places capable of hosting the TV show, after it was decided the winner Ukraine wouldn't be able to hold it because of the continuing war there. Mr Street - says the West Midlands is ready and told Phil Upton on CWR Breakfast the bid to host it could be put in as soon as tomorrow.
